On verso, dated September 25, 1896, Fatimah Baygum has received eighty tumans for the garden and the qanat share from Haji Sayyid Muhammad Tajir (merchant) from Usku.

On November 25, 1876, the daughter of Shaykh ‘Ali settled with ‘Abd al-Khaliq over one-fourth of the mentioned garden in exchange with one-third of another piece of land.
